The current price does not support your statement(using 20-20 hindsight). Instead of moving on, address my points. Are you attacking Riley or moving on to the company?

Sorry, just noticed you're still responding to my old post. Any chance of combining into one from now on? ;-)

ditch, my experience is that legitimate companies do not issue inside information prior to public release. whenever they do, they are suspect immediately.

Lets move on to the concept of individuals speaking with (company X) officials and receiving information regarding a possible $10m infussion 2 weeks prior to any press release.Take into context an "8-K" discussing a merger involving a $5m infussion 2 months +/- previous-VERY GOOD INFO TO TRADE ON PRIOR TO THE PUBLIC PRESS RELEASE.

Well, I think you shot your own argument here. First, Riley NEVER said he spoke with anyone at the company and "received information regarding a possible $10M infusion". He posted that he heard a rumor about it. And he also posted that, AFTER having heard such rumor, that company officials were surprised at him having heard that.

As we know and as you posted (quoted above), an expected cash infusion was included in the 8-K. Which makes it public information. And Riley posted he heard the rumor AFTER the 8-K release. So, just how is it now that anybody traded on anything "prior to the public release"?? And, following the news release of the $10M cash infusion, did you see a huge volume of trades on this stock - or before the release too, for that matter? I believe even you will have to admit the answer is NO.

Ditch my man, how ya been? You are really jumping all over this insider issue, using your same logic is it not just as bad to short a stock knowing you will be releasing news that will negatively affect the price?(or at least that is what the shorters hoped for - too bad they did not get it)Isn't that what Mork did, yet I find you spending no time on that issue and tons of time on this one? Why are you so worried about "SAVING" me that you will disregard this, but when things work against the shorters you will trounce on this issue many times over? You have just been indoctrinated into the "SAVIOR" club with Mike, but Mike was first and he is much better at "SAVING" me than you are, I also like Mike and consider him my friend for getting me into this one, all you are doing is copycat work, leave it to the pros like Mike, your feeble attempts at "SAVING" me only show your meager skills as compared to Mike. Go back to analyzing the charts with all the other sheep, only pros like Mike really know how to dig into people fears and emotions, Kudos to you Mike. There may be some hope for you though, perhaps Mike and smartin will teach you what you apparently lack and one day you may become as good as them at "SAVING" people, but ya just aint got it now pal. Chow.

Ditch, to be honest, Mike and smartin will still have income and a future - they are good at "saving" people, where you are not. Let me make a suggestion, seeing as how the short attempt has failed, now is the time for you to go long before you miss the boat, just how many of the pros do you think are going to let this one get away once it starts climbing? They will devour Mork like a pack of wolves and possibly even his close friends and trading buddies will jump on the bandwagon to profit from his loss, because in the end it really does come down to money and they will turn on him. Do you think Mork would help you if he could get rich by turning on you? When the people currently short realize they cannot shake shares loose from the current shareholders, they will go long and then the bloodbath will begin, don't wait until it is too late, you do not have a future in "saving" folks like my buddy Mike and smartin, so you will have to make money somehow friend.
