What also is interesting is that no one one this thread actually appears to have gone to the IDT booth at Comdex. Who would of thought that their are no posters on this thread which would have been interested to go there are find out information about IDT and its products.

I didn't see Murphy's TV appearance, but I have watched the program before here in LA.

He doesn't have that long of a spot and it isn't visual, meaning they show a still picture of him while he talks over the phone. His mention of IDT was probably very brief without much info - sort of a like,

Anchor: "What stocks are you recommending now, Mike?"

MikeM, "Right now, I'm rec. IDTI for da da da reasons....." and on to the next one.

I'm wondering if Mike is still rec'ing SIII?

You don't think there's any relation between Tom at Byte and Tom at Hardware?

Mr. flickerful: Murphy is on KWHY TV-22 in Los Angeles just about every Thursday at 8:53. He did not give the names of the computer makers; I would think someone from IDT would have been at the booth and could tell us the names of the computers. Murphy used most of his time talking about what IBM should be doing. He seems to tout IDT just about every other week.
