Jimmy Johnson won two super bowls and got fired for it. He just couldn't get along with Jerry. The fact is, it is tough to be top tier every year,when thirty some other teams get to pick the best college players before you do. I think it hurts more down in the lower draft levels where your off the bench player quality quickly declines, if you've been on top for awhile.
