To: Peter, Kenny and John: I am Amy Mitchell, not anyone else. And, usually I do not get into anyone else's fight... I'm fully capable to creating my own wars and usually do not like to intervene with any agruments in which I have no stake. But I feel I must impart a bit of first hand wisdom here. After the recent private placement done by OZON, my holdings in this company are well over 200,000 shares. The reason why I invested in the company is because of Melinda Ballard. I know her well -- for more than 20 years. (I taught a post grad class at Columbia University (New York, NY) and Melinda was one of my students.) Every company in which Melinda has been involved and in which I have invested has made me a lot of money. She has an ability to turn opportunities into real profits. Let's face it, that's why we are all here. It has always been my experience that you should never bite the hand that feeds you. And, the three of you have. I was with her yesterday for an hour or so and she got a number of cellular calls from investors. Each time, it appeared to be a shareholder wanting to know why the article in the JOURNAl did not appear. And, it was clear that the investor on the other end of the phone had heard that such an article would be forthcoming. Melinda has done wonders for this company and I'm sure will continue to do so. This company is very lucky to have her on-board. Perhaps you should do some research on her and I think you too will be impressed with her track record. My recommendation? Don't bite the hand that feeds all of us. Because of her dedication to this comapny and the time she spends on making all of us REAL MONEY, I think it unwise to continue this battle and would urge you to move on without more of the comments I've read so far. Way to go Jeff!!! Great post.Sometimes I think we as investors are entitled to know more than we should simply because we are dealing with a small or micro cap Co. I can asure you that IBM MMM dont allow the public to be privy to the type of information that Melinda has shared with us. She has worked with major ,huge corps and Im quite certain that she would not be handling 40 plus calls on misinformation for them.We have become a very tight group of investors because of the SI thread. It has done wonders for this stock and the reason is the first broker involved with the Co made sure that we all knew when the President had a cold or went to the john. Buck treated us like his own family and we have presumed that relationship should continue. We have been most fortunate to be dealing with corporate officers that have taken the time to talk to individual investors that call the office. I mean we have been big time spoiled!!!!! Melinda fortunately for all share holders has tried to continue and maintain that open communication with all of us. Granted we would have loved to see ABC tout our Co but by golly it was Melinda and the Co that set that whole scene up with ABC so no one was more upset then they were. HOWEVER SOME NEWS IS BETTER THAN NO NEWS. The ad that will be out will tie ozone technology with our Co. People will start to equate solutions to bacteria in food to us. Soon that will also start in the laundry field. It is all a matter of time. Lets all be cool. It is going to happen folks there is no doubt in my mind and by looking at the volumn others are feeling the same. So if there are any of you that follow the SI thread that dont like the way Melinda and the Co do things or the attitude of us ozoners like I said to AJ bye bye.To you new people on this thread we are sorry that you have to read through these family matters but what has made this Co get through some very tough times was a strong bond of the core investors who have stuck by the Co to see it start to mature. So PLEEEAS excuse us for defending our own. I for one will not post more on this subject. Sorry for the inconvenience..GO OZON!!!!!!! Jim
