Did management release that info? I know ditch said they did, I didn't remember that. I know they told someone the deal was done but I didn't remember a post where someone claimed they told them. Anyway, it appears the information did not materially affect the price(I guess an argument could be made that it might be lower without the release).

Skeeter: It seems you Nays will go to all extremes to cut down RMIL, Riley, and other shareholders. No matter what positives are speculated by the Yays about RMIL, you all will go to great lengths to bash them on there word. If they are right, you complain insider information. If they are wrong, you complain that the person manipulated the stock with the speculation. By the way, why did you and the other Nays illegally short this stock? We want our paid for certificates. The Calvery has been waiting 3 months to get their 300,000 shares in certificate form. Rich_1
