Let's begin with the corporate composition that currently exists, and you state are improper. We do know they are interviewing for an additional engineer right now. We also know and Lynn confirmed that engineers do not jump into someone elses work because they must know the code per line. I have been in both AVNT and CDN and have a general understanding about this.

I heartily agree with this. My brother is a programmer and he is the only one who works on the programs he has created.

For nh.com, we have 2 engineers, 3 management, 3 sales, and 6 designers. Does that coincide with a positive team?

When we started we had 4 engineers, 4 management, 0 support, and 5 sales.

All we are sayin' is give NETZ a chance!!!!
