CLEARLY, this is because republicans enlarged government (Homeland Security), decreased taxes and EXPLODED military spending. ...........Now Obama is trying desperately to revive the economy and so would any republican with half a brain. Why? Because the alternative would be a constant deterioration of the economy. Do you understand what I say when I say ...."you can't unring the bell"?
