Gee, I think it takes a lot. Where are other examples of natural processes creating encoding systems? >> No, it's real encoding. All coding does something useful otherwise it would be gobbleygook. We are at the point where we can create random DNA sequences and insert them into existing cells to see what happens. No intelligence whatsoever. What does this sequence do? What does that sequence do? Most will be gobbleygook. Some will do something useful. That doesn't change the fact that there's an underlying encoding system in place to fiddle with.
