I don't think the flow has been chopped off. As I understand the new financing, the company will borrow 27 million to keep operating and pay Omega. They will have to issue shares to cover at 125% At $1 per share, that would be over 30 million shares. Total shares will be over 50 million. But then, maybe they can get the price back up to 14 and only have to issue 2 million shares.

Maybe I should call Dale, I own 5 acres of desert dirt in New Mexico and have an option of 20 more. It is located within 1/2 mile of the river, 1 mile of the interstate with gas and electricity also within a mile.
I might be sitting on a gold mine and don't even know it.
