I wonder if that is only domestic refiners. Our green movement has been pretty good at having our domestics process less so we have to import more.

Actually if you go by Mish's analsyis then we are at 2000 levels. It sure doesn't think the price is at those levels (it seems like we are close to 100% higher) so something is out of sync.
