Marty,
I don't know about Siberia but closer to home I have been looking at the transaction log for friday. I think I am accurate with these numbers, I could not account for 2,000 shares difference between the log and reported volume on quote services.
There were 28 sells for 1603.5 K shares and 30 buys for 1644.7 K shares. That's a little in our favor but there were 4 buys below the ask which totaled only 37 K shares. Because these are treated by the MM's as sells it would be 32 sells/26 buys, 1640.5K sell/1607.7K buy. Even though there were really more buys and the shares are nearly even the MM's dropped the price at every opportunity. Like you said they most likely have dropped it to fill those large block buys at .09. They came down earlier in the week to fill big buy orders at .10 & .105.
It looks like IMO that the drop is MM initiated for their own purposes and no other reason as far as I can see. I'm looking for a good week next week, Lord willing!

cya,
Bob
