You're probably reading too fast Gary. To emphasize "every director" stop; "officer" stop; "or owner of more than ten percent of a class of equity securities." stop. Maybe I'm reading you wrong but you seem to be implying that if an insider owns <10% he doesn't have to report. This is not the case. The 10% reference would be, for example, an institution that has a large holding in the company. Of course, it could be some individual too. Think about that before you move on the buyout - we're all going to know it's you! Sometimes you need a lawyer to sort these things out! <GGGGG>
