I believe you can review this system at their website right now. It's called auto-tech and it looks like they just put their tech support manuals on line, linking them with hypertext. Really nothing too extraordinary and nothing involving SYSF.

I think Dell wishes to keep the info highly confidential for competitive reasons, Want to get a jump on the other direct sellers. This all makes perfect sense to me and I could really use a strong move by SYSF. Dell is a leader and if it is announced, would be viewed very positively as others are modeling Dell for direct selling and may be viewed as a model for support. We already know that they are piloting the software so this has got to be SystemWizard. Compaq can't be far behind now.
