Sure OH... considering their lifestyle and taste, I would expect a turnover of vehicles every 3 years. last deal cost $600,000.00 in loans, assuming 3 year contracts one gets total writedown after 3 years and cash down turns over every 3 years.
So $600,000.00 / 3 x 30 = is only $6,000,000.00. Nothin when you got 15MM oz per sq. click.

Well, plan B could be to sell the property back to Phoenix Int'l Mining...Dick Hewlett would then reverse-circulation drill, fire assay, calcuate proven & probable reserves, design and build a mine!
