"It has awakened many more than the Catholics." This is not just about Catholics. This is not just about birth control. This is about the government once again "mandating" something they have no business even being involved in. Let the market define what is included in health insurance. If people (including Catholics) want contraception included, they will get it......and they will pay for it. Our local priest put it this way....."What has just happen in our country is more than just the fight over birth control. If you think it is then you are dangerously misinformed. What has happened is not only undermining the principles upon which our country was founded, principles for which many have sacrificed their lives, but it undermines the very dignity of each and every one of us as moral beings......If the government gets away with this....who will they remove their freedoms from next?"
