legal does not make it right.

if it is a "right" to have baby killing pills,

should it be a right to kill already born disabled children?

should it be a right for every American to have a house (on the back of taxpayers, which is what all this comes down to)

should it be a right for everyone to have a big screen TV?

should it be a right for everyone to have retro Michael Jordan shoes?

if si tell me why so, if not, tell me why not.

Oh boy! You definitely fit the profile of the average liberal, Ken - falsely assured you know more than everyone else in the room. Can't credibly pull that one with us though because we know exactly how wrong and narrow minded you are when it comes to choosing political parties and politicians.

Pro, you don't even know the definition of a legal right.

Everything in the Bill of Rights is a limit on government action. Not one requires the govt to spend anything for the benefit of any individual. At one time that was the American definition of rights. Now a cell phone is considered a basic right. No wonder we are broke.
