I use valuation: buy when things are cheap, sell when they are expensive. And stocks are becoming less cheap day by day. Since undervaluation in some places was very deep, a lot of stocks are still undervalued, so you might be right to buy. But quite a few stocks are reaching fairly valued to overvalued levels.

Overall, it's not a market for indiscriminate buying and not a market for indiscriminate selling. If Euro-crisis was not hanging on our heads, I'd say we are in the early rounds of bull market. With the current situation, I am not so optimistic. I am still hanging around 20-22% cash level. Obviously, I coulda/shoulda bought more in October-December, but I did not and now I feel I am late for a number of boats that have sailed.
