In grad school, I took a business law course that pointed out that religious organizations are the one group that is allowed to discriminate, provided that it is for religious reasons. For example, a Christian Church can decline to hire a Muslim as a clergyman, on the basis of his religion, without fear of a discrimination lawsuit. Likewise, it could decline to hire a Lesbian minister, provided that religious reasons are cited. So, I am struggling to understand how the fraudulent Obama administration (a) is able to circumvent the First Amendment, and (b) is able to compel the Catholic church to support birth control. The First Amendment states that "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof." Forcing the Catholic church to fund something that it clearly opposes on religious grounds (e.g., birth control) is simply unheard of. Only a Marxist, Muslim jackass like the piece of shit ****** masquerading as POTUS would pull something like this. -nfg-
