If we eliminate the black market, you would expect to see a rise in crime? Say it was dropped into the hands of liqueur store owners? They do a better job of keeping alcohol and cigarettes away from kids than the current system does at keeping cannabis away from the kids. Almost all the kids think it's easier to get pot than booze. The reason is that pot is in the black market. Nobody checks ID there. BTW .. I walked away from here for a few months. I figured I'd come back about one week before the election in November. I look in from time to time, but stay pretty much quiet. I gained the impression that a few folks here were thinking about how to have me shot. Something I tend to disagree with. Not that anyone was talking about me specifically, but were mindlessly arranging the system that would get me there. Thought I'd point out that theses well meaning folks were talking about ME being killed also. I'd hope there wasn't anyone here that would vote for myself distinctly being shot. As in .."Can we talk about this idea of shooting a lot of folks? One of them folks is me."
