Kenny is like most lefties, they can't understand the difference between a helping hand social safety net and crippling generations of Americans with very low expectations of personal independence.

It's pretty much a handicap in their thought process that leads to almost a universal cockeyed irrational smugness.....Kenny 'knows' he is better than the rest of us.....and especially those he thinks he is helping with OPM.
