When it becomes a reporting company, it will attract a greater number of investors simply because it will be easier for new investors to acquire financial information. Some people, and I admit I've done this also, don't bother to go past the Edgar filings. If the company doesn't file then the research and DD stops right there. It's a mindset that isn't always right but it happens. I am very happy that I took the time to did deeper with CSMA. When it starts reporting, it will still be Bulletin Board until the share price reaches $4 and then it can apply to be listed on the NASDAQ Small Cap listing. There are a number of criteria for this listing and CSMA satisfies all but one--share price. That listing will also help because it will introduce more institutional investors to the company.
