OH: Good questions. I think my disbelief of the way they presented the financing was as responsible as the low assay numbers for my selling on Monday.

Let's see here, according to the details IPM has released, we are supposed to believe that: a) someone is willing to loan money at BELOW market interest rates on an extremely risky venture, AND b) if they decide to convert their loan to equity, they have to covert at ABOVE market prices. Microsoft could not get a loan on these kind of terms. Why would anyone in their right mind believe IPM could?

I guess I should thank IPM for putting out something so ridiculous that it made my decision much easier.
