No facts here. Just some more opinions.

The smallest variation in the constant of universal gravitation, or the mass of the neutron, or the charge of the electron, would have messed everything up. No chemistry, no planets, no life.

This is an opinion with no basis in fact or theory.

I can well imagine that planets would still exist if the universal constant of gravitation was different by the smallest variation.

The multiverse theories coming from the Quantum physics world is more about the inadequacies of our mathematics involving the division by 0 than the fine tuning of the universe by God.

Newton had to invent the Calculus to describe gravity. IMO, the next genius of physics will invent a mathematics to better handle the mathematical challenges faced by quantum mechanics and black hole physics.
