The Amish wouldn't have to drive GM vehicles just buy them. There. As for Jews, if I'd worded "force Jews to buy pork" it would have applied. After all, most Jews in the US don't keep kosher and in your view, that means the kashrut laws are meaningless to all of them. And btw there's no significant public purpose in mandating coverage of something as cheap as birth control. I think you could count on your fingers the number of women who get pregnant because they can't afford birth control.
