I understand there are some 'trade secrets' which are not patended by
Intel and Cyrix could find it through reverse engineering etc. But the
thing is, it takes time, and Intel could slap a suit on them and further delay the deployment, by then Intel would be out with a new chip perhaps and AMDs and Cyrixs of the world still would have to play catch up only to fall behind as usual.

Re -- Cyrix and they are way, way behind...same old problem.

Acutally they can't even make a higher clock speed pentium. The only thing that Cyrix engineers will now do is drag down NSM. NSM will have a tough time to integrate Cyrix.

More doledrums for NSM/Cyrix stock holders!!
