Dan: The auditor is Niessen, Dunlap & Pritchard, P.C. Not exactly a household name, but perhaps the finest CPA firm one can find in Colmar PA. Here is a link to DHMG's 1996 10-K that this auditor supposedly OK'd: sec.gov If you look at the cash flow statement you will find a glaring error. Anyone familiar with elementary accounting (I mean really elementary - one course should be enough) will be able to find the flaw, and also explain why it cannot be a typo or mere addition/subtraction error.
