Not exactly. They view the Book of Mormon as having been written by members of a lost tribe of Israel. They (at least some of them) consider Native Americans to be the descendants of that tribe.

Because they are so into genealogy, most Mormons know that they are descended from Europeans.

But notably, throughout most of their history, Mormons have referred to non-Mormons as gentiles. That term isn't used so much anymore, I'm told by my Mormon relatives.
