Charts are fairly descriptive, most traders use them. As far as EGLS goes, unless there is another market blowoff, the price you speak of will not get hit. Reasoning for this is based on these two scenarios. 1) We are coming into a more positive time of year. 2) Infras has widespread following, and becasue of that, many buyers will be stepping up before it gets to that price... including me. EGLS now sits on the short uptrend line from the price you mentioned.
