Mindy, re: Should some ask about Apple's license ("customer" agreement ? ) at the ASM ?

I'm sure "someone" will try, but how much if anything will be revealed is another question because of Apple's obsessiveness WRT secrets / NA.

The recent flurry of litigation by Apple itself and others with the courts requests / orders has somewhat opened that kimono yielding revelations that were previously hidden. One wonders if what's been revealed in the court filings can even be publicly repeated without Apple's consent / approval? Thus, I imagine there is another fine line for QCOM's talking heads to walk.

Note, during yesterday's GS presentation Paul was asked about Apple and Samsung... and had to say he would **not** comment on Apple.
