It can't be true. If that reflects the view of the editorial board they will not endorse him next year. It sounds like a teaparty member wrote it. I agree with every word of it.

There is the nub of the cancer infecting us, the belief that some parasitic buffoon can "manage" the economy.

Many of us were adult when the Soviets collapsed. Few had any exposure to accurate analysis of what went wrong, so we allow, sometimes applaud, incremental permutations of the same stupidities.
