I follow the national guidelines for THC. The warning on a bottle of THC says not to drive until I'm used to the effects.

Is that honest enough? I hope you aren't looking for a self incrimination statement.

The "mind dulling" effects can vary. Eating a brownie will last longer than smoking a joint.

Frequency of use makes a difference also. A person with a legitimate reason will likely be consuming every day. This kind of patient may have little noticeable "mind dulling" effects.

Most doctors that work with mmj patients recommend waiting for at least 1.5 hours after smoking to drive.

Therapeutic dosage levels can bring a mmj patients urine into a range of 500-2000 ng/dl. Usually authorities are horrified to see something larger than 5 ng/dl.
