(I think the judge was a little peeved that no one showed up personally to defend <g> still he couldn't see sufficient facts or legal logic to proceed either.)

I posted the RESULTS of the court action here because it seems that - as per usual - the initial charges were exuberantly posted here... but - again as per usual - the denouement somehow never shows up. :-)

That provision was inserted into the Constitution to prohibit Southern democrats from refusing to allow slaves and their children from voting. It was never meant as a an anchor baby provision. That interpretation is a perversion of the meaning of the Constitution.

Did you notice that the judge merely ruled that there was not enough evidence to rule that Obama is an illegal immigrant? He did not rule that Obama is here legally.
