Until recently I had been eating at STAR once a week. But the local restaurant has really gone down hill.

They seem to have a high turnover of personnel. The wait staff is hardly ever the same - as well as the quality of service.

I have noticed that they have started to turn the music down a little now. They used to play it so loud that you could hardly hold a conversation. And when the wait staff danced, the music was turned up so loud that some babies in the restaurant would cry because it
hurt their ears.

I used to love their ribs, now I am afraid to order them. They told me that they changed their suppliers and now they just plain suck.

If they wanted to expand their menu, why don't they offer corn on the cob, beans, or cream of potato soup???? A lot of steak restaurants offer a vegetable in addition to the steak & potato.

Why is such a large area designated for smoking? A large majority of people ask for non-smoking and are forced into the smoking areas due
to limited seating capacity. That is what I like, going out for a pleasant meal and coming home smelling of carcinogens.

Regards,
Jeff
