Yeah, right about the same time that foreclosures are BACK ON THE RISE!!! Cousin of mine just starting a new business, got the owner of a commercial building to give him a years free rent plus toss in 50 grand to help kick off the business, I guess you can say that commercial rentals are doing better too huh??? LOL!!!
