Richard: Also check out the thread called "From the Trading Desk" on SI. It's run by Steve Goldman, the head trader at a firm in NJ. Very interesting and honest guy and his firm doesn't make markets. I am in the process of moving my accounts there. I liked what I heard.

My broker's internet service does have a record of key strokes. They are recorded. I have never had a problem of resolution. I believe the stability and the intergity of the brokerage house is the prime issue. I trade a lot, I guess I have had less than 1% errors on my brokers' part. all were satisfied in my favor.
