Not meant as a flame.

Fair enough. No problem.

Here's another thing people should consider:

When people talk about advertising on the web, they sometimes have a narrow-mindedness as to exactly what that means. Different kinds of web advertising are:

1)Banners
2)Websites
3)Multimedia presentations(BIG money in this one)
4)software development for Netscape/Microsoft
5)software development for clients

And there's a heluva lot more!

Also, when considering the NetMaster Group employee allotment, one must take into consideration that NetMaster Group, from what I understand, is not primarilly a design/advertisment firm. They are a company buying up all these other small subsidiaries that will end up doing the work for them. We are three companies right now: nh.com, NH Editions, and Almus & Lee Advertisng Agency. Each one of these companies has more base employees than managers. However, the primary company, the umbrella company, Almus & Lee Communications consists of a great deal more managers than employees. The reason for doing this is because it makes it easier for a corporate identity. There is a board of directors, with very little employee power as. However, employees under Almus & Lee Communications(the engineers and so forth) are really just there in order to meet with the clients... along with the managers. For us, the employees are there for show. The point I'm making is that our central core only consists of the managers and very few employees. And Almus & Lee really does deal with the runnings of all its subsidiaries.
