Your child has been injured by - to you an obvious malpractice event - and you want to sue. Thing is you would be stupid to risk everything you have even though in your eyes it is obvious. The doctors has the ability AND THE MEANS to hire a first rate attorney understanding what is at risk. All you accomplish is to up the ante - making things worse not better. It needs reform - Bad! Your idea is nuts.
