Mike, Given your posts (especially your most recent ones) I meant every word of what I said in my prior response! I wasn't being cute. You're my new found friend...not foe! Amy M.

OZON Sterization Technology Proprietary???

I have a question:

Is there anything that would prevent other companies from coming out with ozone-based technology for dealing with the E. Coli food contamination problem?

I've read through this thread and the Cyclo3pss web site and have seen nothing concerning patents on the ozone sterization technology.

Since producing ozone is not a huge technical challenge, it worries me that Cyclo could face competition rather quickly if using ozone to decontaminate food catches on.

Does anyone have any information that could clarify the situation??

Gerry

p.s. Please don't flame me for asking. I'm an individual investor trying to decide whether to commit $$ to buy OZON shares.
