Well, it would also be good to have the government universal system go up against the private free market in these several states and tell the government agencies that their existence depends on being more efficient than the free market and see what happens. That would be a real test. Remember in the free market there will have to be medical underwriting and compensated salesman, both not necessary with the govt plan. What is going to be the purpose of these 100 created agencies under Obama care?
