The primary drug I need to get off is cigarettes. Known to drive bladder cancer.

Second drug of concern is coffee. Full caff at 30-40 cups per day is way to much. Cold turkey doesn't work well. Nasty side effects. I've dropped back to half caff. Volume has been reduced also.

I get those two down and I'm doing much better.

Looking for brainwashing CDs to stop smoking. I seem to respond well to brainwashing.
