Ephraim, you are right, maybe lawsuits will exact the justice that might be deserving for the officers of NUKO. I would love to see personal responsibility if it is warranted. Why should BK walk around with my money in his pocket when he failed if that is indeed the case of the situation? This would be one situation where I would be happy to see my money in a lawyers pocket rather then BK's if it is deserving. Read all the press releases over the last year and ask yourself if you think anything appears misleading about what the company is doing and where things ended up. Lawyers might have made those press releases and worded things just right, but maybe not.
