I haven't kept up on all of JDavies comments, but they must have been pretty awful to deserve 4 hours with the CEO. I am surprised there are any positive posters left on QDRX. Do you have a dilution limit where you will all agree this is a hopeless situation or is it a rolling number? In 15 months the stock price has gone down from $1.60 to $.375. A bit over 75%. The company has been sued and lost to a no-name group from Canada. Watched as more name companies have entered the hi-tech shaft business in the US. Issued a virtually unlimited amount of convertible debentures. Maybe Palermo is a little league coach or very active in the community. There must be some area to praise his performance. As a CEO???

January was kind to QDRX last winter. Maybe holders will get another opporunity to exit on some "great news". I'm afraid a QDRX shaft will be little more than a Trivia question in 5 years.

Gosh, Doug1 .......... This invitation is so unexpected after all the nasty things your alter ego has said about me! The other Douglas B. Meyers, the irrational one (let's call him Doug2), has been sending me nasty e-mails.

In his latest private e-mail, Doug2 told me that my opinions are worthless - if I were an ex-employee, a friend or a relative of an ex-employee. That's a pretty broad swath of people he's cutting through there! I am sure current employees will be buoyed by the idea that they become untouchables after they leave Quadrax!

Doug2 blamed some of Jim's failure on Sam Rabinowitz of Vega but he did it in ethnic terms that you might expect to hear from a KKK wizard.

Doug2 also blamed a lot of failure on Coles, Bash and others that preceded him.

Doug2 doubtless gets these opinions from Jim Palermo - from the horse's mouth as it were. Can I therefore expect 4 hours of fingerpointing, hatred and bigotry from Jim himself?

As a plain stockholder, I doubt I have anything constructive to tell Jim. We stockholders appoint a board to find a CEO who has that kind of wisdom. I hope the board is currently busy!

In short - many thanks but no thanks.
