Allen,

<<I kinda feel sorry for the shortster (kinda) as he really is in a world of hurt!!!>>

Do you think that the shorter feels sorry for those investors who had once bought in at 2 or more...?? They are out to make money. Yes, so am I, but they did not consider the fundamentals of CSMA and later the power of this group.

I almost did not invest for the same reason TraderGreg stated, nothing on Edgar. But after reading the posts of the leaders of this thread and other info on the web, I started to move money and buy into CSMA. Thanks again to this thread!!!

Ok, I do feel for them only in the sense of what it is like to lose.

During the time periods the stock had run up to 8 and 10, the runups were quick and so were the pull backs. Moreover, the outstanding shares were fewer because the company had not acquired LPS. Remember, it is a share price of $4 AND (Net Worth of $4 million OR Market Cap of $50 million). When the stock was $10, which occurred via manipulation by our Shortsters, (yes that's right, the Shortsters), the total number of shares was not quite 5 million.

The Company today is much different, more liquid, and much, much stronger than when the stock was manipulated to those levels. (Now you can see why I like it so much at these prices)

The acquisition of LPS via restricted shares provided the impetus for a higher market cap by allowing the issuance of more shares NOT BY DILUTION but rather ACQUISITION OF ASSETS. The expansion of the capabilities of Enviro Tech will provide the price boost.

BTW, to the best of my knowledge, with the speed of the run up in the past, I don't believe IMHO the company had even planned for NASDAQ that early (but you should ask to verify). Remember, NASDAQ has maintenance requirements as well and I believe CSMA management wanted a strong foundation (as they now do) before going for the listing.

Hope this helped.

TraderGreg

Would anyone like to see these NASDAQ requirements posted?

I would! Appreciate it.
