There were a couple of places where Jennifer said 2002 when she would have meant 2012. She seemed less prepared and more ill-at-ease than usual. The stated plans about monetizing mobile sounded not on top of that opportunity. I don't know what to read into that because if they were on top of it, they wouldn't tell competitors or outsiders exactly what they are rolling out. The conservative accounting on tax rate is a plus, and when they get the lower rate incentive, that will work as an upside surprise.
