My earlier post clarified exact no of employees; 3 - sales ( 2 in LA just hired and 1 in Boston ) 4 - engineers, 1 more being interviewed according to Tonto, not mentioned to me at the time of the conversation with Tom. 3 - support staff 6 - management All this is minor detail ! and we need to see their business plan and expansion plan, for our reference. As for the viability of 24 mill projection, I am comfortable with it. To focus I am now interested as we all should be on following issues. -The financials of the company. -The respective vitae and reputation of Chairman and CEO and other officers and their past records with SEC if any. - The clarification on the float and registered and outstanding shares. - Insider ownership by what means ? debentures? promissary notes ? share classifications, whether preffered, common and or reg S T etc - The financing source and bank reference if any - Business plan that forecasts 24 mill in 98 and 300 mill in 3 or 5 years (I am not sure on the years ) -Future staff requirements etc. - Also a working demo of the Sesame . Thats all we have to ask and find out. I basically asked these questions to CEO and he said he didnt know and that he will have either Chairman or some one who is qualified to get hold of me. I will call on Monday again. I am also waiting for the URL of their ad site from CEO by EM. Once these questions have been solved and all is kosher I say we buy the hell out of it. Joe -
