Except that they don't, unless your definition for universal health care is broad enough that it would also include the US. They have all different types of systems*, its not like there is one type of system that we have, and they all have another type.

(to the extent calling health care provision that isn't totally monopolized by the government "a system" even makes sense, perhaps "collection of systems" might).

False. Particularly false by your example. 80 year olds get more extensive and expensive coverage in the US than in most other rich countries. A better example might be a 55 year old that isn't eligible for Medicare, and isn't poor enough to get Medicaid, but that example would also be false, just not as laughably obviously false.
