Please explain how that is differnt than Pelosi and Reid vowing to block everything Bush did after they took control of congress? Your team is no more honorable thaan their opponent.

Well, the difference, is we can't do it (healthcare) without those who have different concerns on board--at least apparently we can't. Somehow those concerns have to be addressed--if possible.

I think the problem for the opposition is a "slippery slope" one. If the government can tell us to do this what can't it/they tell us to do? Additionally, I will be surprised if the legality of the compulsory part stands so we are going to have to figure out how to deliver care in a manner we, as a country, can agree on.
