The Ferrari is, indeed, being withheld, but the reason is because your getting the Ferrari is inconsistent with the morals/values/rules of the employer. Therefore, those morals/values/rules are being imposed along with the withholding of the Ferrari. The employer's morals/values/rules are the only reason you're not getting the Ferrari. If the employer had different ones, you'd have the Ferrari.
