Armitage was the one who leaked Valerie Plame's status to Robert Novak. He then sat back and kept his mouth shut while the Special Prosecutor ruined Scooter Libby's life. Far as I'm concerned, Richard Armitage is a State Department puke who wouldn't be qualified to be dog catcher in Dumfries, VA. Ever hear of Richard Armitage? Asst SecDef years ago and probably too old now .... but that was one guy I had some respect for. He didn't play games, and he got the job done, whatever it was he set out to do.
