LOL Mattie,
All stocks are shorted.
And with out shorts there will not be longs. Its like not knowing the good with out evil.
Shorts can drive down the stock but it can also keep up the stock, AMZN is an good example and VVUS presplit another one or AGPH etc.
PSFT and MANU went up to all time high on the shorts.

As small guys like us we can not short but the house MMs can both short and long.
In other words if we the little schmucks here are talking about VISA, Bellicore and DEC etc believe you me these in house MMs know it too.
I bet you they bought 3 days before the news and on the news they drove the bid up quite nicely all the way to .60 and shorted the mother at the next UT.

Also have you noticed the confirmation on this trade takes approxomately 11 minutes ? Whether selling or buying ?
Guess who is handling the trasaction ? The OTC/BB whole seller and the MMS ! And the spreads ?

BB dont play by the NASD rule, boys and we should also find out who the clearing houses is.

Joe

Matty

I bought this stock at .35 and dumped it at .45. I am not a pump and dump guy. I sold because of a name I saw mentioned in post #248. If it's the same guy I am familiar with he calls brokerages and promotes these stocks. One such stock was GTMI and another was DLOV. I'm not saying they are scams, I don't know. But they did run a little after his calls and went right back down to current.
